Data Deletion

Elevate OS users, and authorized representatives of client organizations, may request deletion of applicable account information and connected marketing data. This page explains how to ask, what can be deleted, and how connected third-party accounts are handled.

Subject: Elevate OS Data Deletion Request

Please include:

  • The email address associated with your Elevate OS account.
  • Your organization or company name.
  • What you would like deleted — the whole account, a particular connected marketing source, or specific information.
  • Any other detail that helps us identify the right account or connection.

Much of the information in Elevate OS belongs to a client organization rather than to one person. Elevate Weekly LLC may therefore need to verify your identity, and your authority to act for the organization, before deleting information that belongs to it. Verification exists to stop one person deleting an organization’s records without its knowledge.

What may be deleted

Depending on what you ask for and what applies to your account, a request may cover:

  • Your Elevate OS account information — name, email address, role, and preferences.
  • Saved connection records for marketing sources, including any stored connection reference and the identifiers of the properties or accounts that were selected.
  • Marketing analytics information imported or cached from connected sources, such as stored daily performance data.
  • Content you submitted through the product, such as requests, messages, comments, and uploaded files.
  • Other application data associated with the account or connection named in the request.

Some records cannot be deleted on request. We may retain information where there is a legal obligation, a legitimate business or financial record to keep, an unresolved dispute, a security or fraud-prevention need, or a contractual requirement. Where that applies, we will say so rather than imply that everything was removed.

Disconnecting third-party accounts

Disconnecting an integration and deleting stored data are two different actions, and it is worth being precise about which one does what.

  • Disconnecting stops future retrieval. Once a disconnection takes effect, Elevate OS no longer retrieves information from that connection.
  • Revoking at the provider does the same thing from the other side. You can withdraw Elevate OS’s permission directly in the third-party service’s own account, security, or business settings.
  • Neither action, by itself, removes information already stored. Data retrieved before the disconnection remains in Elevate OS until it is deleted through the request process on this page.

If you want both — access stopped and stored information removed — revoke or disconnect the connection, then send a deletion request to support@elevateweekly.com.

Meta / Facebook / Instagram data

If your organization has connected a Meta service — Facebook or Instagram — to Elevate OS, you can withdraw that access and request deletion of the information derived from it.

  1. Revoke access in your Meta account or Meta Business settings, under the controls for apps and websites connected to your account or business. This stops Elevate OS from retrieving anything further.
  2. Email support@elevateweekly.com with the subject Elevate OS Data Deletion Request, including your Elevate OS account email address and your organization name, and state that the request covers Meta-derived data.
  3. We will verify the request and then delete or anonymize the applicable Meta-derived information held by Elevate OS, subject to the retention exceptions described above.

Revoking access at Meta stops future authorized access. It does not by itself remove information Elevate OS has already stored — that is what the deletion request in step two is for.

How requests are handled

After a request is received, Elevate Weekly LLC will verify the requester’s identity and, where organization data is involved, their authority to make the request. Once verified, we will delete or anonymize the applicable information as appropriate, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, contractual, dispute-resolution, and legitimate record-retention requirements.

Elevate Weekly LLC has not adopted a fixed completion deadline, and this page does not state one rather than promise a timeframe we have not committed to. Requests are handled promptly, and we will confirm by email at the address the request came from when the work is done.
