About Elevate OS

Elevate OS is a marketing intelligence, collaboration, analytics, and marketing services platform operated by Elevate Weekly LLC. It is a private, invitation-based workspace used by Elevate Weekly LLC and by the client organizations it works with.

Throughout this policy, “we” and “us” mean Elevate Weekly LLC. “You” means a person using Elevate OS, whether as a member of the Elevate Weekly LLC team or as an authorized representative of a client organization.

Information we may collect

The information held in Elevate OS falls into a small number of categories.

Account and organization information

  • Your name and email address.
  • The company or organization you belong to, and your role within the workspace.
  • Account identifiers used to authenticate you and to associate your activity with your organization.
  • Preferences you set, such as which notifications you want to receive by email.

Content you submit

  • Requests, briefs, comments, messages, and other communications you send through the product.
  • Files and assets you intentionally upload or submit through supported features.
  • Review decisions, approvals, and similar actions you take on work in progress.

Product usage and technical information

  • Records of significant actions taken in the workspace, so an organization can see what happened to its own work.
  • Sign-in records used to recognize your devices and to alert you to a sign-in we have not seen before. These record the browser, operating system, and a coarse city, region, and country derived from the hosting platform’s own request headers.
  • Essential cookies used to keep you signed in and to recognize a device you have used before. The device is identified by a one-way hash of a random cookie value rather than by the cookie itself.

Elevate OS does not store a raw IP address alongside these sign-in records, does not collect precise location, and never asks your browser for its location.

Connected marketing information

  • Which third-party marketing services an organization has connected, which properties or accounts were selected, and whether each connection is working.
  • Advertising and analytics performance data retrieved from those services — for example traffic, engagement, search visibility, campaign, and conversion metrics, usually stored as daily totals for a date range.
  • Configuration and diagnostic information about a connection, such as when data was last retrieved successfully and whether a setup problem appears to be preventing it.

Connected third-party services

A user or an authorized representative of an organization may voluntarily connect third-party marketing and analytics services to Elevate OS. Depending on what the organization uses and what Elevate OS supports at the time, these may include services such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, and comparable marketing data sources added in future.

  • Elevate OS accesses information from a third-party service only after someone with the necessary permissions authorizes the connection.
  • What we can retrieve is limited by the permissions granted during that authorization and by what the third-party platform makes available.
  • Those services remain governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Connecting an account does not change your relationship with the provider.
  • Authorization can be withdrawn at any time — through the connection controls in Elevate OS where they are available for that service, or directly through the provider’s own account or business settings.

Where a connection is established through an authorization service, the access and refresh credentials for that connection are held by that service rather than stored in the Elevate OS database, which keeps only a reference to the connection and the identifiers of the properties an organization selected.

How information is used

We use the information described above to:

  • Provide marketing intelligence, analytics, and reporting across an organization’s connected sources.
  • Identify performance trends, changes worth attention, and potential opportunities.
  • Generate insights and recommendations for the organization to consider.
  • Fulfil marketing and production work an organization has asked for.
  • Support collaboration between an organization and its Elevate Weekly team.
  • Detect and explain connection or measurement setup problems, and tell the affected people about them.
  • Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
  • Protect the service and its users — authentication, abuse prevention, and investigating suspected misuse.
  • Send service-related messages, such as account, security, workflow, and status notifications.

We do not sell client marketing data, and we do not make it available to advertisers.

AI-assisted features

Elevate OS includes AI-assisted functionality — for example summarizing what is happening in a workspace, drafting text for a person to review, and helping interpret marketing performance already retrieved from connected sources.

To provide these features, relevant information you have provided or that has been retrieved from a connected source may be processed by third-party service providers we use to power them. That processing happens only as needed to produce the requested result. Client information is not sold, and it is not made available to advertisers.

AI-assisted output is intended to support human judgement, not to replace it. Anything it produces should be reviewed before it is relied on.

How information is shared

Information is shared only as reasonably necessary to run the service, and only with:

  • Service providers that support the application — for example hosting and infrastructure, database and authentication, transactional email delivery, third-party connection authorization, and the providers behind AI-assisted features. These providers process information on our behalf and for the purposes described in this policy.
  • Authorized Elevate Weekly LLC personnel supporting an organization’s account and work.
  • Legal, regulatory, or law-enforcement authorities where we are required to do so, or where we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the service.
  • A counterparty and its advisers in connection with a legitimate corporate transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality.

One client organization’s information is not shown to another. If you would like to know which categories of service provider are in use for your organization, write to support@elevateweekly.com.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as it is reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain legitimate business and financial records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, it is deleted or anonymized.

Elevate Weekly LLC has not published a fixed retention period for each category of information, and this policy does not state one rather than invent a figure. You can request deletion at any time using the process on the Data Deletion page.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information in Elevate OS. Access is limited to authenticated accounts, an organization’s data is separated from every other organization’s, and sensitive credentials such as passwords and third-party access tokens are not stored in the application database.

No product or transmission method is completely secure, and we do not claim that Elevate OS is. We also make no claim to hold any particular security certification. If you believe an account has been compromised, contact support@elevateweekly.com promptly.

Your choices

  • Update your account information — your name, email address, and password can be changed from your account settings.
  • Choose what reaches your inbox — optional email notifications can be switched off in your notification settings. Essential account and security messages are always sent.
  • Disconnect an integration — where connection controls are available for a service, an authorized administrator of the organization can disconnect it, which stops further retrieval from that source.
  • Revoke access at the provider — you can withdraw permission directly in the third-party service’s own account or business settings.
  • Request deletion — see the Data Deletion page.
  • Ask us something — write to support@elevateweekly.com.

Much of the information in Elevate OS belongs to a client organization rather than to an individual, so some requests may need to come from, or be confirmed by, an authorized representative of that organization.

Data deletion

Requesting deletion

Instructions, what may be deleted, and how third-party connections are handled are set out in full on the Data Deletion page.

You can also email support@elevateweekly.com with the subject Elevate OS Data Deletion Request.

Children

Elevate OS is a business tool intended for professional use by adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact support@elevateweekly.com and we will take appropriate steps.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Elevate OS changes or as legal and operational requirements change. When we do, the “last updated” date at the top of this page changes with it. Where a change is significant, we will take reasonable steps to make it known to affected organizations. Continuing to use Elevate OS after an update means the updated policy applies.
